He holds an LLM in Maritime Law from City, University of London, and an MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School), reflecting his strong academic grounding in the legal and economic aspects of global commerce and shipping.

    He is also a qualified mediator in both Greece and internationally, regularly acting either as a neutral or as legal advisor within the mediation process. His mediation practice is marked by a deep understanding of legal complexities, commercial sensitivities, and interpersonal dynamics—making him particularly effective in helping parties reach sustainable, interest-based resolutions.

She is currently pursuing a PhD at the Democritus University of Thrace, focusing on intellectual property law.

  • Foteini is a trainee lawyer at Agapitos, Georgiou & Partners, supporting the firm’s lawyers across a wide range of practice areas. She assists with legal research, drafting, and case preparation, while also gaining hands-on experience in client service and court procedures.

    She has completed an LL.B. at the European University of Cyprus, and has also studied as an Erasmus+ student at the Faculty of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has a particular interest in maritime and commercial law, and brings to the firm a strong academic foundation combined with a growing practical skill set.

    Foteini speaks Greek, English, and French, and is known for her adaptability, teamwork, and reliability, qualities which make her a valuable member of our team.
